When our little play group gets together we don't take any chances that someone might nip and we end up with skin tears or any other damage. So while they're running and playing, we put their muzzles on. It's probably more of feeling of comfort for the humans since the greyhounds have never had an injury nor a frackas of any kind and they're been running around together for a couple years now.
LOL!
